Wblmnueoh, Monday. In tho 11, M. Court this rooming, James Parker, John Winters, and Arthur Moeller were charged with robbery from the person of oneMoEwen on Saturday night week, Tho two former were discharged and Mooller remanded till 2 o'clock in the absence of the prosecutor.

Scab in Sheep.

Thames, August 25. At tho Resident Magistrate's Court this afternoon, two informations were laid by Inspector Drumniond of the Sheep' Department against J. B. Sleadman of Waiknwau, for being the owner of sheep infected with scab, and neglecting to give the necessiuy notice. The case was dismissed by'Mr Northcroft.
