A sitting of the Bankruptcy Court was held this [afternoon before Judge Davy, Applications of discharge, were granted to Joseph Wilson and Henry WagstafF. '.;'"•'' ■ ■ The,"applications of Mr Sellar to accept a composition of Gs in the £ in the estate of William Witton, of Greytown, and F. D. and M, .A. Pelling, (gtafectioners, 7s Gd in the £ were . : The public examination of James Thompson, cordial uiauulacturer, was ' fixed to take place at the next sitting V of the District Court, on the 20th September, John Kelliher," contractor; Tsmile Johansen, boarding-house keeper; and • John Frederick Ward, storekeeper; were ordered to come up for their discbarge ut the next sitting of the Court on September 26th. Henry Owen and Hoani Manihera were also ordered to come up on the same date for their discharge. (Left Silling,)
