The Solway Eccentric Woolpress.

Messrs Boss and Muir have just built at their steam factory, Musterton, a woolpiess from a model designed by, Mr Donald Donald.of Solway HouseMasterton, which he has patented. There are no ropes or chains in connection with this press, butinstead on, each side is a vertical rod, notched, into which fall two eccentrio grippers. A lever on each side four feet long works the grippers, and the lovorage power is enormous, One man can do all the work, Two-thirds of the power In any ordinary wool press, is wasted in friction, which is avoided in.
