More Mui TO THE EDITOR. Bm,—ln tho course of my travels the other day, I had occasion to go along Dixon-street, from Church-street to Bannister-street. I noticed the unhealthy and muddy condition of tho footpath of that locality. Judging by the appearance of it the Council have made it with the cleanings of the watertables from various parts of the Borough, From a certain dwelling house in this street to Bannis-ter-street, it has been so made as to render it impassable (without the necessity of wearing a pair of watertight boots).
