TO THE EDITOR, Sir,-Will you kindly insert these few lines in your widely circulated papor for the benefit of whoever it may concern, I liavo a child who has been afflicted with an obstinate skin disease of a most itching nature for more than sevon years, When six weeks old, or thereabouts, small reddish spots appeared in the-face about the sizo of a pin's head. Of courso a medical man was applied to, but it steadily increased until face and head were ono dark brown crust of sores. Then it spread to tho budy, chest, back,joints,snd all llesliy parts. Dear Slit,—lt is now about seven years since 1 was first attacked with a bad form of skin disease, It made its appearance in tho shape of pimples, which rapidly spread over the wholo body, aud soon affected my health so seriously that 1 grew to bo a confirmed invalid. Naturally, 1 sou«ht professional aid, going to tho best medical men in Wellington. 1 was treated by two of them in succession, but without any result to myself except the loss of a considerable sum o f money. At tho end of tho year I found that I was not in the least improved ; indeed, one of these gentlemen told me candidly that everything possible had been dono for me, and that I need not llope to bo cured, 1 then consulted a Wellington specialist, and paid him a good fee for a cure, but with exactly the samo result—no change for tho better. As a last resource I applied to you about three months ago, and put myself under your hands, lam glad to be able to say that from tho first I received great benefit; my health commenced to improve, my appetite also returned, and in a short time tho disease itself showed unmistakeablo signs of giving way to the treatment, and now, after having been three months under your care, 1 can faithfully aud thankfully report myself quite recovered, My health also is compeltely restored, and I feel now as 1 have not done for many years.
