At 3.80 p.m. on Saturday Kennedy, a farmer at Ashloy was killed by being thrown from his trap which collided with another driven by Win, Bossiter on the road between Ashley and Sefton. No hlanio is attached lo toiler who tried to avoid the collision, while deceased made no effort to get out of the way.
