A Theatrical Dispute.

The Melbourne correspondent of tho Dunedin Evening Star relates:—Mr Thomas Hudson, of " Surprise Party" fame, has figured in a domestic case, which came before the Adelaide Court, last week. Ho was sued by Missis Amelia Salter (known on the Btago Miss Ada Miivcn) for£2oo, which wns alleged to be due for services rendered by the Utter as a member of tho Surprise Patty. Tho defendant, who was married on May 20 to Miss May Hubgood, was arrested at Serviceton and brought to Adelaide.
