The Borough Council have kindly • granted a holiday for tho afternoon of the 21st inst, when Sin George Gkey will open the Exhibition at 2 p.m., with an address, A Complimentary Luncheon will be given to Sin G. Gkey, and Geokue Beetham, Esq., M.U.R., in the Temperance Hall at 12.30 p.m. A Pkomenade Conceht will take place each evening commencing at 8 o'clock, when a varied selection of Chorus's, Glcos, Quartettes, and Solos will be rendered by the Exhibition Ciiont. The Volunteer, Pearson's Private, and String Bands have also kindly consented to assist. The Exhibition will be open as under:—
