A Jubilee Mountain.
A novel Jubilee memorial lias been carried out 011 Moel Rhiwn, a mountain in North Wales, which 'fog been planted with forest trees, stfffinged that the words "Jubilee, 1887," appear distinctly amid the surrounding trees, through the bulk of the plantation being of different foliage. The word "Jubilee" is planted on the North-west side of the mountain, in letters each measuring two hundred yards long and twenty-five yards wide. The first tree of the letter "J." was planted last year at the Jubilee celebration, and the work was completed last week. Nearly two hundred men of the district have found cAant employment, and they have planted about 030,000 trees. Till the plantation is in full leaf the letters wiHi i scarcely traceable; but each year will become more distinct, and a generation hence the mountain will be ono of the sights of Wales, as the word" Jubilee" will then be seen at distance of many miles,
