As will be seen from our advertising columns the next, sale of the Wellington Manawalu Kailway Company's Lands will be held by Messrs T. Kennedy Macdonald it Co,, at their rooms on Friday tde 29th June. Tho land to be then ollercd, comprises some four thousand acres of agricultural and pastoral land adjacent to the Company's railway station at Paraparaumu and distant only thirty-three miles from Wellington. The land has been subdivided into some thirty-eight sections, ranging in area from 40 to 130 acres each. Tho land is timbered with Jjffsluablo riiiiu o£ large growth, evinthe quality of the soil. The chance for the establishment of a paying sawmill close to town thus ■ ottered will no doubt induce a considerable number of those interested in the timber trade to thoroughly inspect the land.
