The Couiioil proposes, with the consent of the ratepayer interested, to apply for a loan, under the Local Bodies Loans Act, as per particulars below:— The work to be undertaken is metalling on the Te Ore Ore-Bidcford road. The amount proposed to be borrowed is 1260. The amount of interest and annual charges will be £l3, It is proposed to pledge as security for the above, a special rate of G-4Gths of a penny in the £ on sections Ito 4,17, Block X; 2 to 9, Block XI; 61 to 67, Block XIV ; 1 to 5, Block XV, in the Kopuaranga Survey District,and the parcels of land known as Kaioteatua, To' Aotahiran»i, Wangaehu North, and Wangaehu South, partly inthoKopuaranga and partly in the Otahoua Sur- ■ vey Districts.
