The amount of interest and annual charges will bo £l3, It is proposed to pledge as security for the above, a special rate of G-4Gtlis of a penny in the £ on sections Ito 4,17, Block X; 2 to 9, Block XI; 61 to 67, Block XIV; 1 to 5, Block XV, in the Kopuaranga Survey District,and the parcels of land known as Kaioteatua, To Aotahirangi, Wangaehu North, and Wangaehu South, partly in the Kopuaranga and partly in the Otahoua Survey Districts.
