Paris, April 80. The students at Toulouse fired on a Boulangerist mob, and a serious riot took place, which was not quelled until the military had been called out. Mr Carnot, the President, speaking at Bordeaux, stated ho intended to follow a policy of prudence and liberty which would guarantee peace both at homo and abroard.
