BROOKE'S PERFECT SHEEP DIP. Prepared in accordance with the latest advancements in chemistry as applied to the Woollen ilanufac' turing Industry. It is a decided improvement on the old-fashioned dips, and only requires a trial to prove its superiority, At the late Sheep Dipping Competition, conducted by the Canterbury Agricultural and Pastoral Association, for Wool Dyeing and general manufacturing purposes, the FIRST PLACE was awarded to BROOKE'S PERFECT SHEEP DIP, in fact, Brooke's Dip was the only one that actually improved the Wool in this important respect, the undipped wool being second,wliilst McDougall's and Little's were at the bottom,in consequence of leaving the wool a dirty white. The Association also pronounced Brook's Pei'lect Sheep Dip to bo superior to the Zealandia, Little's, Hatch's, Cooper's and McDougall's, and also to leave the wool in better condition than Thomas's Dip. BROOKE'S DIP having consequently been proved to be better than the English Dips, your practical support of the Colonial article is respectfully solicited. To ensure Brook's Dip being more thoroughly lasting in its good effects, it will in future be sent out 20 per cent stronger, free of any extra charge. It is perfectly safe, its action depending on the best refined Carbolic Acid, assisted by a sufficient amount of Arsenic.
