Owen, Makirikin, In reply to your letter asking for my 1 pinion as to the result of the dipping of [essrs Davey and Co.'s sheep in your atent New Zealand Dip, I have much leasure in testifying to the satisfactory isultoftho dipping. 1 inspected tho lecp previous to tho dipping and found lem badly infected with lice and ticks; id 1 again inspected them about a week ter they were dipped, and found no i;ns of either lice or ticks. The wool at ie same time felt soft and seemed in no ly injured. In my opinion your dip is ie of tho cheapest and best yet offered farmers, and ought to do much to clear oir flocks from lice and ticks, ALEX. MONRO.
