TTOTIOK is hereby given that the Jj Council proposes to apply for a loan under the Local Bodies Loans Acts for the purpose of reducing the grades on the Masterton-ffairuata road, between Tfiucru Bridge and Kaluimingi, and metalling between the Mangapakolu The sum to be borrowed is £3OOO. It is proposed to pledge as security for such loan, the net profits from a toll gate to be established near the Taueru Bridge.
