IVTOTICE is hereby given that the 1M Council proposes to apply for a loan under the Local Bodies Loans Acts for the purpose of reducing the grades on the Masterton-Waimata road, between Taueru Bridge and Kahumingi, and metalling between the Mangapakelu bridge and Tinui. The sum to be borrowed is £3OOO. It is proposed to pledge as security for such loan, the net profits from a toll gate to be established near the Taueru Bridge.
