For tho repayment of the sum of £835, borrowed for expenditure in construction on tho Tawataia Road. A special rate of one penny and one tarthing in the £ on the rateable value of fhe following properties Sections No 145, 146, 150, 151,196,84, 82, 85, Block XVI Mangaone Survey District, and 1000 acres, being a portion of section No 210, part of Blocks XIII and XIV, Puketoi, Block 1, Mungapakeha, Block XVI, Mangaone Survey District, as appearing on the Valuation Roll for tho Alfredton Road District.
