' A Curious to, Timmw, March 15. A man named Smith, till lately an inveterate toper, and now a prohibited person, was charged at the E.M. Court to-day by a licensee, from whose barmaid he (Smith) had obtained two beers, with inciting the commission of an offence against the Act. The case was dismissed, the Bench holding that nothing in the Act could sustain such an action.
