HAREAMA ROAD DISTRICT, "VTOTICE ia hereby given that it is the Jj| intention of the Whareama Road Board at a meeting appointed to be held on FRIDAY the 16th day of March, 1888, to pass by resolution the following special order That a special rate of one-eighth of a penny in the pound bo now mado for the purpose of providing the interest and sinking fund upon a loan of £2OO to be borrowed under" The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886," to be expended in forming, draining and bridging the District Road between the gate in tho boundary fence dividing the properties of Georgo Moore and Thomas Hitchinga and tho first gate on tho Uriti Loop line. Fifty pounds of the loan to be expended on the construction of a bridge over the Patanui Btream on the Uriti loop line ot road. Such special rate shall bo an annually recurring rate, and shall be payable half yearly on tho Ist days of FEBRUARY and AUGUST in each year for 2G years until the loan is paid off, and shall be levied on the rateable value of the following poperties within the Whareama Road District The whole of the subdivision, No 4, exclusive of Crown and Native Lands, sections 892, 893, 894, and that portion of section 32 not included in tho Waironga trust estate sub-division No 3.
