VTOTICE is hereby given that it is tho J_vj intention of the Whareama Road Board at a meeting appointed to be held on FRIDAY the 16th day of March, 1888, to pass by resolution the following special order;— " That a special rate of one-eighth of a penny in the pound be now made f or the purpose of providing the interest and sinking fund upon a loan of £2OO to be borrowed under" The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 188G," to i)o expended in forming, draining and bridging the Diatrict Road between the gato in the boundary fonce dividing the properties of George Mocre and Thomas Hitchinga and ths first gate on the Unti Loop line. VTOTICE is hereby given that it ia inIM _ tended to confirm the following relution at a meoting of the Board to be held on TUESDAY, the 3rd April next : That the aftermentioned special rates bo made for repayment of moneys bor rowed under the provisions of the '' Local Bodies Loans Act 1886," and the" Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886" payable in 26 yearly instalments, on the first day of August in each year.
