MASTBRTON ROAD BOARD. "OTICE is hereby given that it is the y intention of the Masterton Road Board to make the following special orders at a meeting to be held on the 7th day of 'April next:— . Ist—TJmt for the purpose of securing payment of the sum of £360, granted to the Board under' The Government Loans to Local Bodies Acr, 1886' for the formation and metalling of the road at Upper Fernridge, a special rate of ONEPENNY in the £\ be levied on the rateable value of the following sections in the Miki Miki Survey District: - Block 15-Sections 8,10,12,13; part sections 14, 15, 16, 17; sections 34, 71, and 46' 2nd.-A special rate of ISthofa limy m th £ for tho purpose of securing payment of £IOO, granted to the Board under' The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886,' for the formation of a road to join the Opaki to Rangitumau Road, on the lateable value of the following sections in the Kopuarangi Survey District:- Sections 12 and 13; and parts of 14 : Block 11. Such special rates shall be annually reourring rates, and will be payable in two halfyearly instalments, for 26 years, the first half-yearly payment to be made on the 15th day of JULY, 1888, and in each following year on the 15th day of January and July, until the debt is liquidated.
