S, Co.'b Penguin, has bean successful, says the Telegraph, in foriniiip in Melbourne a powerful .and influential company to work tho life-iiaving raft invented by him, Tho operations of the newly-formed company will extend throughout the world. Captain Allman is having a full-sized raft constructed, which, when completed, will he sent to Melbourne for a special trial by tho Victorian Government.
