WHAREAMA ROAD DISTRICT. rrOTICE is hereby given that it is the jj\ intention of the Whareama Road Board at a meeting appointed to be held on FRIDAY the 16th day of March, 1888, to pass by resolution the following special order : That a special rate of one-eighth of a penny in the pound be now made for the purpose of providing the interest and sinking fund upon a loan of £2OO to bo borrowed under " The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 188G," to be expended in forming, draining and bridging the District Road between the gate in the boundary fence dividing the properties of George Mocre and Thomas Hitohings and the first gate on the Unti Loop line. Fifty pounds of the loan to be expended on the construction of a bridge over tho Patanui stream on the Uriti loop line ot road. Such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate, and shall be payable half yearly on the Ist. days of FEBRUARY and AUGUST in each year for 20 years until the loan is paid off, and shall be levied on tho rateablo value of tho following p operties within the Whareama Road District : The whole of the subdivision, No i, exclusive of Crown and Native Lands, sections 892, 893, 894, and that portion of section 32 not included in the Waironga trust estate sub-division No 3.
