"VTOTIOE is hereby given that it is the 1M intention nf the Wharcama Road Board at a meeting appointed to bo held on FRIDAY the Kith day of March, 1888, to pass by resolution the following special order : That a special rate of one-eighth of a penny in the pound be now made for the purpose- of providing the interest and sinking fund upon a loan of £2OO to be borrowed under "The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1880," to lie expended in forming, draining and bridging the District Road between the gate in the boundary fence dividing the properties of George Mocro and Thomas Hitchings and the first gate on the Unti Loop line. Fifty pounds of the loan to be expended on the construction of a bridge over the Patauui stream on the Urifci loop line ot road. Such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate, and shall be payable half yearly on the Ist clays of FEBRUARY and 4UGUST in each year for 20 years until the loan is paid off, and shall be levied on the rateable value of the following p operties within tho Whareama Road District: - The whole of the subdivision, No 1, exclusivo of Crown and Native Lands, sections 892, 893, 891, and that portion of section 32 not included in the Waironga trust estate sub-division No 3, CHAS.
