Adam Armstrong v. Thomas Blackwall, for maliciously injuring a padlock on the gate of a paddock in the occupation of the plaintiff. Mr Beard appeared for the defendant, who pleaded guilty to breaking the lock. After hearing the evidence, His Worship ruled that it was a case of disputed title, in which the Court had no jurisdiction, and the information was. accordingly dismissed without costs, C. Beecher v. Thomas Watson.— Claim £4. Mr-Beard for plaintiff. The defendant offered to pay the amount by instalments of 10/- per month. This was refused by the plaintiff, and the Court thereupon declined to make any order in the case,
