MOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Whareama Road Board at a meeting appointed to bo held on FRIDAY tho lGth day of March, 1888, to pass by resolution the following special order : That a special rate of one-eighth of a penny in the pound be now made for the purpose of providing tho intorcsfc and sinking fund upon a loan of £2OO to bo borrowod under " The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886," to be expended in forming, draining and bridging tho District Road between tho gate in the boundary fence dividing the properties of George Moore and Thomas Hitchinga and the first gate on' the Unti Loop line. Fifty pounds of the loan to be expended on the construction of a bridge over the Patanui stream on the Uriti loop line ot road. Such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate, and shall bo payable half yearly on the Ist days of FEBRUARY and AUGUST in each year for % years until the loan is paid off, and shall be levied on the rateable value of tho following p iiperties within the Whareama Road District: - The whole of the subdivision, No exclusive of Crown and Native Lauds, sections 892,893, 894, and that portion of section 32 not included in the Waironga trust estate sub-division No 3.
