John Yansen, who was charged with being drunk in Queen-street on Saturday, mid also, as a second offence, with indecency at the same time and same place was fined ss, or in default 12 hours, on the first charge, and was sentenced to seven days' imprisonment with hard labor on the second, A lnd named David Reardon was then charged with orchard-robbing. TLb Hvidence showing that he had taken fruit to the value of 7s 6d from Mr Thos, Dixon's garden in Worksop road, the accused was sentenced to 24 hours' imprisonment,
