A Sheep and Wool bailment case, W. P, Allen v, Ngapuru Tiki, Mr Pownall for plaintiff, Mr Jellicoe for defendant, This was a case of unlaw* fully misusing a flock of sheep and wool the property of the plaintiff as bailor. After evidence had been taken, and Mr Powuall had stated that the case fof the prosecution was completed, Mr Jellicoe on behalf of the defendant addressed the Court and .raised the point that in all the testimony given there had been nothing to show tint the bailment had been proved, in which case the information was bad and must be dismissed, The Court concurred in the plea, and the infor-1 Nation waa accordingly dismiaaed, j
