LAWN TENNIS.

The following additional games have been played in the Masterton Tennis Tournament. In the Double Handicap Messrs A. B. Bunny, and H. Holmes, beat Rev J. McKenna, and Mr E. E. C. Coleman, and Messrs P. H. Cox and 0. E.Bromner defeated Messrs H. B. Dyer, and D.Donald. This match was thus brought down to the " final" between Messrs P. H, Cox and C. E, Bremner, and Messrs A. B. Bunny and H. Holmes, which being played off, resulted in the victory of Messrs Cox and Bremner, who become the recipients of the two prize racquets for the double event. In the Single Handicap, tlio Rev J. McKenna beat Mr C. E, Bremnes, and in the Single Championship game Mr P, Hi Cox beat Mr H. Holmes. There are now only two to play off for the Championship, Messrs P. H. Cos andH,

Warron, and the honor therefore lies between thera.

The teams in the match, Town members v -Country members, which ■' is to be played at Maaterton on Friday 17th February, are as lender Town:. Messrs Coleman, Bunny, Dyer, G. H.; Smith, Rev J. McKenna, and P.H. Cox,; Emergencies; Messrs W, G. Beard, and H. H. Smith,, Country: ; Meßsrß.H,: Warren, Stokes, H, Elder,. T. L, Thompson and H.Holmes. One. other country representative has yet to be chosen.
