OWEN'S ASSIGNED ESTATE OP £2130 17s 3d M.CASELBERGICo THE VENDORS OF THE SAID ESTATE, Have the good fortune to be. able to inform all thoir Friends, Purchasers and all others, up to last Saturday, 7th inst., REALISED THE WHOLE OP PURCHASE MONEY, The balance of the Stock still on hand Cost Them Nothing, And as they have to give up possession of the Premises within three weeks from this date. they have therefore decided to act as follows: 1. To CLOSE THE PREMISES OX Thursday and Friday Next, 12th and 18th insfc., for the purpose of RE-MARKING the BALANCE OF OWEN'S STOCK, 2. They will also re-mark the Clothing purchased from the New Zealand Clothing Factory. 8, They will re-open the premises on Saturday Next, 14th inst., and sell the balance of the two stocks for SEVEN DAYS ONLY. THE SALE WILL TERMINATE on SATURDAY 21st inst. 4. As the goods will be ALMOST GIVEN AWAY, there will be crowds'-of intending purchasers, who will have to jostle each other to ■ hare a chance of getting in5. The Premises will open at 9 a.m. sharp, and buyers are requested to call early, with money in their hands or in their pockets. 6. Immediately after the 21st inst. M. Caselberg & Co. will sell all the FIXTURES, SHELVES and COUNTERS, LOOKING GLASSES, SEWING MACHINES, A MILNER'S FIRE-PROOF SAFE, and all the GAS FITTINGS, 4c, &c, either by Auction, or by Private Contract. !
