Nominations for Anniversary Handicap, Friendly Societies Race, Walking Match, Hnrdloßace, and Mile Handicap, accompanied by fees and previous performances, to be in the hands of the Secretary, at Mr A McKenzie's shop, not later than SATURDAY, 14th January, 1888. • Handicaps will be declared on TUESDAY, 17th January, and published in local paper. Acceptances will close on FRIDAY, 20th January. RULES AND CONDITIONS, 1, Nominator to state all place performances for past two years. 2. The Anniversary Handicap to bo decided by points, viz: First place to count five points, second place three points, and third placo two poinis. 3. In all racos and competitions, three to start or no second prize mil be given, and in the event of special prizes being given, they will take the place of second money. 'l.
