Wellington, December 28. At the Compensation Court to-day, Richmond, Judge, and two assesssors, gave judgment in claim by Steward & Co. against Corporation foil £74,000, for deprivation of foreshore vights. The Court awarded the the claimants £5,000 worth of reclaimed land in satisfaotiqu of the olam], The claimants to pay each assessor 50 guineas and 100 guineas costs of Court.
