Handicap is over. Acceptances for the same to be made 30 • minutes before .the race takes place, The saddling bell will ring at 11.30 a,m, Tho first race will start at 12 noon .sharp. Each race' will start punctually at the time appearing on the correct cards of the races, No ■scratching of horses allowed except through the Secretary, and not later than 30 minutes before tho time ot starting. All entries and nominations to be made in writing, sealed, and addressed to tho Secretary. Entrance money to be enclosed, with color, sex, name, age, pedigree, and : previous performances of the horse, name of the owner and colors of therider. Noentry or acceptance will be accepted without the amount of requisite-fees. No nominations, acceptance, or final payments will be taken-after time named under any pretext whatever No entry will be received for any of the races except - upon the conditions that all claims, disputes, and objections arising cut of the races shall be ' deoidedby a majority of the stewards present, or those whom they may appoint.
