Events will be conducted and decided in accordance with the Society's rules aud conditions of competition. Entries for all Handicaps, accompanied with fees and performances on or before Wednesday, the 21st day of December. Three competitors to start or no second prize, Running—All competitors starting before report of pistol will be put back a yard each time, The decision of the Directors, or whoever they may appoint, shall in all cases be final.
