To be run under the rules of the Metropolitan Racing Clubs, except where otherwise named in this programme. No qualification fee, Nominations for the Handicap Hurdles. Flying, L.V.J,0.-and Marfcinborough Handicaps close with the Secretary at Martinborough on Saturday, l'Jtli November, at 9 p.m. Weights declared fur Hurdles, Flying, and L.V J.C. Handicaps on Monday, fitli December, at 7 p.m, Acceptance! for the same on Saturday, 17th December, at 9 p.m. Weight* for the Maryborough Handicap to be declared on the course after the L.V.J.C, Handicap is over, Acceptances for the same to be made 30 ininutcß before the race takes place. The saddling bell will ring at 11,30 a.m, The firat race will start at 12 noon sharp. Each race will start punctually at the time appearing on the correct cards of the ruccs, Ho scratching of horses allowed except through the Secretary, and not later than 30 minutes before the time ot starting, All entries and nominations to b: made in writing, sealed, and addressed to the Secretary, Entrance money to be enclosed, with color, sex, name, age, pedigree, and previous performances of tlie horse, name of thii owner and ci lora of the rider, No entry or aecoptance will be accepted without the amount of requisite fees. No nominations, acceptance, ur final payments will be taken after time named under any pretext whatever No entry wih bo received for any of tho races except upon the conditions that all claims, dilutes, and objections arising. ut of the races shall be decickd by a majority of the stewards present, or those whom they may appoint.
