To be run under the, rules of the Metropolitan Racing Clubs, except where otherwise named in this programme. No qualification fee. Nominations for the Handicap Hurdles, Flying, L.V.J.C. and MartinboroughHandicaps close with tho Secretary at Martiuborough on Saturday, 19th November, at 9 p.m. Weights declared for Hurdles, Flying, and L.V.J.C. Handicaps on Monday, sth December, at 7 p.m. Acceptances for the same"on Saturday, 17th December, at 9 p.m. Weights for the Martiuborough Handicap to be declared on the course after the L.V.J.O. Handicap is over. Acceptances for the same to be made 30 minutes before the race takes place, The saddling bell will ring at 11,30 a.m. The first race will start at 12 noou sharp, Each race will start punctually at the time appearing on tho correct cards of the races. No scratching of horses allowed except through the Secretary, and not later than 30 minutes beforo the time ol starting. All entries and nominations to be made in writing, sealed, and addressed to the Secretary, Entrance money to be enclosed, with color, sex, name, age, pedigree, and previous performances of the horse, name of the owner and cvgrthmhuk( lore of the rider. No entry or acceptance will be accepted without the amount of requisite fees. No nominations, acceptance, or final payments will be taken after time named under any pretext whatever No entry will be received for any of the races except upon the conditions that all claims, deputes, and objections arising uit'of ,thc races shall be decided by a majority of the'stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon nil points connected with the carrying out of tins programme shall bo final. In case of a protest the same must bo lodged with the Secretary in writing, within fifteer minutes after the race is run, with'a deposit of two guineas, s.ich deposit to be forfeited if the protest is not sustained, The final paymentfor the L.V.J.O. No entry will be received for any race except upon the conditions that all claims, disputes, ami objections arising, shall be decided by a majority of stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision on all points shall be final.
