No qualification foo, Nominations for the Handicap Hurdles, Flying, L,V, J.O. and Maryborough Handicaps close with tho Secretary at Maryborough on Saturday, lllth November, at 9 p.m. Weights declared tor Hurdles, Flying, and L.V.J.C. Handicaps on Monday, oth December, at 7 p.m, Acceptances for tho same on Saturday, 17th December, at 9 p.m. Weights for the Maryborough Handicap to be declared on the course after the L.V.J.O, Handicap is over, Acceptances for the same to bo made 30 minutes before tho raco takes place, The saddling boll will ring at 11.30 a.m. The first raco will start r.t 12 noon sharp. Each race will start punctually at the time appearing on the oorrect cards of tho races. No scratching of horses allowed except through the Secretary, and not lator than 30 minutes before the time ct starting, All entries and nominations to be made in writiug, sealed, and addressed to tho Secretary. Entrance money to be enclosed, with, color, sex, name, age, pedigree, and previous performance* of the horse, name of tho owner and cclors of the rider, No entry or accoptanco will be accepted without the amount of requisite fees, No nominations, acceptance, or final payments will be taken after time named under any pretext whatever No entry wfll be received for any of tho races except upon the conditions that all claims, disputes, and objections arising out of tho races shall be decided by a majority of the stewards present, or those whom they may appoint, Their docision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall bo final, Incase of a protest tho same must be lodged with tho Secretary in writing, within fifteen minutes after the race is run,, with a deposit of two guineas, sach deposit to be forfeited if tho protest is not sustained, The final payment for the L.V, J.C, Handicap to be made on the course an hour before the appointed time of starting for that event, Hack shall mean a horso that lias never started for weight for ago or handicap races other than hack handicaps or woight for ago hack races, and has not been nominated for at least six months previous to this meeting, for any handicap or weight for age races, other than hack races, and" is not nomiuatod for Derbys, St. Legem, Guineas, or Oaks, and also for handicaps or weight for ago •; races other than buck races.
