McQueen, Smeaton, and was imported by liia present owner, Mr John McKellor, Doyleston, Canterbury, Prince Royal is by Prince Charlie, who was imported by Messrs J. and M. Mcintosh from Scotland, where he gained 7,lst prizes, His dam Blossom by liothwell was also imported from Scotland. Frince Royal is a rich brown color, stands 1G hands and 3 inches, showing great symmetry of form, witli plenty of hair and bono of the best fashion, Prince Royal commenced his career as a prize taker at two years old, securing second place at liallarat, and second at Smeaton, where he was only beaten by Darwin, the winner of the Sires' Fi educe Stakes of £lO.
