Mautinborouch Handicap of 20 sovs; 1 mile, Nominations 10s, acceptances 10s. RULES AND REGULATIONS. To bo run under tho rules of the Metropolitan Racing Clubs, except where otherwiso named in this programme. No qualification fee. Nominations for the Handicap Hurdles, Flying, L.Y.J.C. and Maryborough Handicaps close with the Secretary at Maryborough on Saturday, 19th November, at 9 p.m. Weights declared for Hurdles, Flying, and L.V.J.C. Handicaps on Monday, sth December, at 7 p.m. Acceptances for the same on Saturday, 17th December, at 9 p.m. Weights for the Maryborough Handicap to bo declared on. the courso after the L.V.J.C. Handicap is over. Acceptances for the samo to be mado 30 minutes before tho raco takes place. The saddling bell will ring at 11.30 a.m. The first race will start at 12 noon sharp. Each raco will start punctually at tho time appearing on the correct cards of the races. No scratching of horses allowed except through the Secretary, and not lator than 30 minutes before the time ot starting. All entries and nominations to be mado in writing, sealed, and addressed to the Secretary. Entrance money to be enclosed, with color, sex, name, age, pediqreo, and provious performances of tho horse, name of tho owner and colors of tho rider. No entry or acceptance will be accepted without the amount of requisite fees. No nominations, acceptance, or final payments will be taken after time named under any pretext whatever No entry will bo received for any of tho races except upon the conditions that all claims, dhputes, and objections arising cut of tho races shall be decided by a majority of tho stewards present, or those whom they may appoint, Their docision upon all points connected with tho carrying out of this programme shall bo final. Incase of a protest tho same must be lodged with the Secretary in writing, within fifteer minutes after tho race is run, with a deposit of two guineas, Biich deposit to bo forfeited if the protest is not sustained. The final payment for the L.V.J.C. Handicap to be made on the course an hour before the appointed time of starting for that event. Hack shall mean a horso that has never started for weight for ago or handicap races other than hook handicaps or weight for age hack races,- and has not been nominated for at least six months previous to this meeting, for any- handicap or weight for age races, other than buck races, and is not nominated for Derbys, St. Legers, Guiueas, or .
