It was resolved to let tho matter stand over till next. weoting, Tho Commissioner reported that enquiries bad been made with a view to the purchase •of sections 844 and 845, Castlepoint district,' and recomtiiended that the ranger report on same as. to value, road access, wishes of adjacent owners, etc., for future consideration. jAEho Alfredton Koad Board' wrote, 'Wing the Board to withdraw the restrictions placed upon their proposals to use accrued thirds in paying -interest on loan under the Local Bodies loan Act, .1886. The suggestion was approved of by tbe Board. Mr T.
