A letter from the Masterton Bomugh Council, was read at the meeting of the City Council nn Fridav evening, sava a Wellington paper, asking the latter body to reconsider their decision that Captain Page should not visit Masterton so as to instruct the local Fire Brigade in the working of their new engine.
