It. was also decided that tho Chairman ooinniuuicate with Mr Elder mid ascertain if he will grant an extensionof time Hi which to make a new survey, and il a suitable liiip is lound along tbe ridga will he accept £BO as full compensation j also if Mi- bretucer's line i 3 adhered to will he accept a sum of money in lieu of the Local Body erecting tbe fencing.
