This was a case in which the accused was charpod with appearing in Court on the 28th Juiio in. a state of intoxication, The accused, pleaded not guilty, and it was stated by his solicitor that his client \yas subject to fits, while?(anyone not kuowmg him) would believo lie iiad. been drinking. Case dismissed. A. Douglas v Oartorton Towu Board. Mr Saiidilands for plaintiff, Mr Beard for defendants. An action to recover Ll2 for horse sold out of, the public pound. After hearing the evidence of the poundkeeper, the plaintiff, and the purchaser of the horse, judgment. was reserved till next' Court J. BuckcridEte v. Nainana and others,— 'lnterpleader 'summons. Mr Beard for plaintiff, Mr Sandilnnds for defendants. This was.a case;in which the defendants 'bought to'recover three horses, a buggy, 'and^brake^ 1 which had been seized by the bailiJF'on'the'suit of the plaintiff.. After hearing a deal 'of evidence, an order was mado .for;'the defendants to have the throe hordes, "and that the brake and buggy'bo sold for ..the benefit of the plaintiff,;.'-./. {
