Road district; County Clerk re payment of Whakaroro branch line, also re applying for subsidy arid settlement of accounts; Mr Thompson stating his. inability to attend the meeting. Resolved-That this Board recommend the transfer of the Tirauraea property to the Alfredton District., That the members of the Board will meet two members of the Council to settle matters in dispute. That the question of striking a rate be deferred until next meeting of the Board, That the Akiteo Board be informed that the portion of the Tinui Valley road would be opened early in the Spring, and that a olaim for surveys would be made, which had not been received when a settlement of accounts was agreed to, Tho meeting then adjourned to Saturday, 30th July.
