THE following resolution will be confinned at a meeting of tho Board tale hold on TUESDAY, (ho sth July next:— ..I'ThaU special order made by this Board on the 24th day of May, current, subdividing tho district, renders it necessary that tho present Board should be dissolved. It is therefore hereby directed that the said Board bo dissolved. That fresh elections shall tako place.during tho first woek in August next, such elections to be conducted by the Returning Officer of the district, and that this special order shall take effect only from and after the first day of tho said month of August.
