WAIRARAPA RUGBY UNION. The annual general meeting of. the Wairarapa Eugby Football Union wa3 held last evening (Tuesday), at Carterton, the following delegates being present Masterton—Messrs Whatman, W. Perry, 0. Perry (proxy); Greytown—J. Topker and A. Grigg ; Carterton—F. W. Seet] and ]\\ G. King; Te Ore Ore—Munihem, Karatiana; Red Stars—T, Hawke and A. D'Arcy (proxy,) The following officers were elected for tho ensuing year Patron, W. 0. Buchanan, Esq,, M.H.R,; President, (t, Beetham, Esq., M.H.8,; Vice Presidents, A. 11 Bunny, Esq,, J. P. Russell, Esq., F. W. R. Seed, Esq. Hon. secretary and treasurer, Mr S. 11, Wickersou ; general committee, W. Perry, A. McKane, W. 6. King, J. Tocker and Mahinera ; match committee, Messrs W. H. Hirschberg, W. G. King and C. Beard. Several notices of motion were given to amend the rules and byelaws, among which was one to score in matches under the old system of points. The meeting then adjourned,
