Fitton) was read and accepted with regret, and it was resolved that he be awarded two fees of £4 i each, for his services in connection with the ram fairs. It was decided to invite, applications for tho office of Secretary, and that the salary should he £4O, with a commission on subscriptions. A statement of accounts was submitted, show-, ing a credit balance of £129. It was arranged to hold a general mooting for tho purpose of altering the "date of tho show.
