WELLINGTON AND MANAWATU RAILWAY COMPANY'S LAND SALE.
Buyers of agricultural and pastoral land upon easy terms, are directed to the details of the above sale which will be held by Messrs T. Kennedy Mitcdonald and Co., the well-known firm of land ajid mercantile auctioneers, Wellington; on Friday, tjie 13th jnst, The block to be submitted at tins sale comprises four thousand acres of the pick of tho land on the East Coast, between Otaki and Palmerston, and adjoining the Company's township, Manulcau, subdivided into convenient sections of .various areas suitable to the requirements of all classes of buyers. The terniß arranged by the Company are such as should ensure the whole of the land being taken up at reasonable prices. The Company do not look for high prices, but rather, wish to see their lands populated and in the occupation of settlers which they recognise as being the true means of making their line a paying one. The terms announced are ten per cent at time of sale, and the balance in seven years at five per cent interest, The Company offer intending purchasers every opportunity of inspecting the land and judging of its merits. Special fares at reduced r.ates have been arranged and a special train oii Mays. Judging from tlie number of enquiries fronj 'all parts'pjf the colony the sale gives promise pf being as satisfactory as the previous one held by Messrs T, Kennedy Mae-

We must not omit to mention that the town sections in the township of Manukau will be submitted on the same date;
