Tho Government have appointed Mr Von Sturmer, R.M. of Waiiarapa, sole commissioner to enquire into the complaints made by tho runholders at Kaikoura as to tho manner in which tho sheep and rabbit inspectors administer the Act in that district. MrVon Stunner will enter upon his duties, it is said, m a few days.
